Returns Policy

Each Fancy Wigs piece is hand-braided by skilled artisans in Kenya — made for one person, one head, one wear. Because of this and for hygiene reasons standard across the wig industry, our return policy reflects that.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been worn, opened from their original packaging, or removed from the included net cap.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong

We do everything we can to make sure your wig arrives perfect. If something is wrong when you open the box, you have 72 hours from delivery to let us know:

  1. Email hello@fancywigskenya.com with your order number and photos showing the issue
  2. Keep the wig in its original packaging — do not wear or unbox further
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund within 48 hours

What counts as damaged

  • Visible defects in the braiding (loose ends, missing sections)
  • Color significantly different from what was shown
  • The wig you received doesn’t match the style you ordered
  • Cap is torn or visibly damaged on arrival

What we cannot accept as returns

  • A change of mind after wearing
  • Color or style not matching your expectations after wearing
  • Damage caused by styling, dyeing, or modifications you made
  • Items missing their original cap, packaging, or tags
